100 Percent Satisfaction product quality is guaranteed. If, after purchasing a NatuHerbs product (s), a retail customer determines it to be unsatisfactory, the customer may return any unopened items for credit or a full refund. This guarantee applies only to products that have not been opened, misused, intentionally damaged. If, for any reason, a customer is not 100% satisfied with a NatuHerbs product, customer service may accept any unopened container for return to NatuHerbs within 60 days of the date of purchase for a refund, credit, or replacement.
Product Return Procedures
All returns must be authorized in advance by the Customer Service Department. Please call 1-888-936-5800 to set up a return. Overstocked, obsolete, or expired products cannot be returned for credit. Seasonal, discontinued or special promotional products are not returnable. Returns must be authorized by customer service by phone prior to shipping, or product will be discarded and no credit will be given. Authorized returns must be sent to the designated company location in Bradenton Florida. Shipping must be prepaid by customers on all product returns. Accepted returns will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.
Product must be unopened and unused, product container must not be damaged or defaced. If you are returning product due to damage in-transit, please notify the customer care team, and we will be glad to ship you a replacement product in exchange.
Products must be received back within 60 days of the original order.
